MEASURE OF RESTRAINT ON CHAIRMAN OF APN BOARD ARARAT ZURABYAN CHANGED

Prosecutor General of Armenia Aghvan Hovsepyan decreed Tuesday that
the measure of restraint on Ararat Zurabyan, Chairman of the Armenian
Pan-National Movement Board, is changed. Special Investigator of the
Special Investigation Service Vahagn Haroutiunyan said at Tuesday
meeting of the Parliamentary Interim Committee to Investigate the
Incidents of March 1-2 in Yerevan.
Chairman of the Interim Committee Samvel Nikoyan said, for his part,
that the Committee applied to Aghvan Hovsepyan Monday with a petition
for change of the measure of restraint on Zurabyan because of the
latter's serious heart problems. On July 25 S. Nikoyan visited
A. Zrabyan in the hospital he was taken to earlier.
