CIGARETTE: BAD FIGURES
Every ten person in the world dies because of the
diseases resulted by smoking. In average every six
seconds a person dies because of it, reported the head
of antismoking project of the Ministry of Health
Alexander Bazarchyan.
According to the expert smoking has bad impact not
only on the active smokers but on the -passive- ones,
too.
According to Doctor Armen Muradyan the smokers suffer
from the following diseases most of the time -
pneumonia, cancer of oral cavity, head, neck, stomach,
pancreas, gullet and other organs. -In Armenia every
year 3000 people die of smoking diseases which thrice
exceeds the number of toxication and accident cases,-
said the doctor.
