OSCE WILLING TO LAUNCH EXTENSIVE PROGRAM OF COOPERATION WITH RA NSC

YE REVAN, JUNE 14, NOYAN TAPAN. During the June 13 meeting with the
secretary of the RA National Security Council (NSC) Arthur
Baghdasarian, the head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan Amassador Sergey
Kapinos expressed the OSCE's willingness to launch am extensive program
of cooperation with the RA NSC.
A. Baghdasarian in his turn attached special importance to the role of
the OSCE in assisting Armenia with fulfilment of its obligations in the
process of its integrating into the European family, as well as to the
OSCE programs being implemented in various spheres of Armenia.
NT was informed by the RA president's press service that the sides
spoke about the proposals the Armenia's authorities have received from
the OSCE, and the steps on implementation of PACE resolution No 1609 by
Armenia. A. Baghdasarian said that steps are being taken to fulfil all
the proposals of the resolution.
