NKR FOREIGN MINISTER: "OUR INDEPENDENCE IS NOT BARGAIN ISSUE"

The position of official Stepanakert on the Karabakh conflict
regulation is the same, announced the Foreign Affairs Minister of
NKR Georgi Petrosyan commenting on the announcement made by his Azeri
counter part Elmar Mamediarov.
"I am not aware of any change in the position of Armenia concerning
the regulation of NKR conflict. As my counter part has already
announced not a single change is prepared," he said and added that NKR
authorities remained their adopted position also as not any document
could be signed without the affirmation of NKR people.
