Baku, 10 March: The Nagornyy Karabakh conflict can only be resolved
within the framework of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and
on the condition of return of displaced persons to their native
places. The OSCE should openly say that Nagornyy Karabakh will never
be independent, and the conflict will be resolved within the framework
of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. Azerbaijani President Ilham
Aliyev said this to the press after a meeting with Bulgarian President
    Georgi Purvanov [in Baku].

In turn, Purvanov spoke about Sofia's "active" position on the Karabakh
conflict. This "activity" manifested itself during its chairmanship
of the OSCE too. Purvanov said that Sofia will not recognize Kosovo's
independence and this will be officially stated in the near future.
