QUALITY OF FOREIGN POLICIES SHOULD CHANGE

On March 15 the NKR President Bako Sahakyan visited the ministry of
foreign affairs of NKR and met with the staff of the ministry.
He said the ministry of foreign affairs has a lot to do outside the
country, regarding both the settlement of Karabakh, promotion of
bilateral relations, as well as efforts to raise the international
reputation of NKR. According to Bako Sahakyan, the government is
likely to expand the network of representations of NKR to different
countries and to change the quality of their activities.
The head of state said the ministry should not be confined to
activities relating to foreign policies and the talks, it should
also participate in internal processes. The president underlined
the importance of structural reforms and an innovated HR policy at
the foreign ministry, the General Information Department of the NKR
President Administration reports.
