NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TO CONVENE A SPECIAL SITTING ON THE OCCASION OF RA PRESIDENT'S INAUGURATION

On April 9, at 14:00 the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia
will convene a special sitting at the National Academic Theater of
Opera and Ballet on the occasion of RA President's inauguration. A
corresponding decision was adopted at the regular sitting of the
National Assembly on March 18 with 85 pro and 5 cons and 1 abstention.
Members of the Heritage faction opposed the decision, independent MP
Viktor Dallakyan abstained.
According to the same decision of the National Assembly, the regular
four-day sittings will not take place on April 9.
