PRESS-SECRETARY OF ARMENIAN PRESIDENT: THERE IS NO CHANGE IN ARMENIA'S POSITIONS ON KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT

ArmInfo. There is no change in Armenia's positions on Karabakh
conflict settlement, press-secretary of Armenian President Samvel
Farmanyan said when replying to ArmInfo correspondent's request
to comment on Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's statement that
'by their signature Armenian leadership proved once again that only
Armenia and Azerbaijan are the parties to the conflict'.
'I am far from a thought it would be comment on the words of head of
other states. As for us, several days ago, on 16 November Armenian
President Serzh Sargsyan presented his positions regarding various
problems of the Karabakh conflict settlement process in an exclusive
interview with Armenian Public TV. There is no change in these
positions', - Farmanyan said.
To recall, Serzh Sargsyan said that 'the most effective way of the
conflict settlement is if Nagornyy Karabakh authorities become the
party to the talks and take part in all of them. There is no other
way'.
