PRESIDENT OF ARMENIA LEFT FOR MOSCOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CSTO

ArmInfo. Today, RA President Serzh Sargsyan left for Moscow to
participate in CSTO Summit. Armenia will assume CSTO rotating
presidency at the Summit.
The presidential press-service reports Serzh Sargsyan's delegation
comprises Secretary of Presidential National Security Council Artur
Baghdasaryan, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, Defense Minister
Seyran Ohanyan, Armenian Ambassador to RF Armen Smbatyan and other
officials.
CSTO signatory-states will exchange opinions on the trends of
military-political situation, neutralization of the challenges and
threats to the CSTO, as well as implementation of the decisions
adopted at previous meetings of CSTO.
Prior directions of activity will be discussed and a series of
documents extending the contractual base for cooperation of CSTO
signatory-states will be signed at the plenary session.
The same day the delegation headed by Serzh Sargsyan will return
to Yerevan.
