BRYZA ON THE SETTLEMENT

Today, in Tsakhadzor, the OSCE Minsk group American Co-Chair Mathew
Bryza, answering reporters' questions, dwelt on the Karabakhi
settlement. According to him, the conflict has to be settled on three
main principles:
territorial integrality, self-determination, non-use of force. Bryza
listed the steps for the settlement: return of refugees, return of 5
afterwards of another 2 regions to Azerbaijan, deployment of peace
forces, referendum for the Karabakhi status, corridor between Armenia
and Azerbaijan, transit ways between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Dwelling on the peace forces, Bryza stated that their belonging will
be decided by Azerbaijan and Armenia, and each of them may put a veto
if it does not want the army of the certain country be in its
territory.
