Charles Aznavour will become an Ambassador of Armenia to Switzerland
`I have accepted to hold the position of Ambassador of Armenia to
Switzerland with love, happiness and feeling of deep dignity', '
declared Charles Aznavour, Armenian world wide famous singer to Public
TV of Armenia on February, 12.
`It is a great honour that Armenia proposed me become its ambassador
in what place so ever, in this particular case in Switzerland,' `said
he. According to chansonnier, first he hesitated, as it is not an easy
task, but then he came to conclusion, that what is important for
Armenia is important for us.' `I have accepted to hold the position of
Ambassador of Armenia to Switzerland with love, happiness and feeling
of deep dignity', ' said Charles Aznavour. Therefore, he denied the
recent information spread in mass media that he refused to become
Armenian Ambassador to Switzerland.
