STEPNAKERT, JANUARY 23, NOYAN TAPAN. The president of the Nagorno
Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian on January 23 signed a decree
on preliminary compensation for citizens' deposits, which have
depreciated since 1993, at Artsakhbank CJSC, NT was informed by the
Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
By the decree, the government has to ensure preliminary compensation
for deposits of the NKR's citizens born until 1962, the servicemen who
were killed while defending the NKR and the first-group invalids of
war within the amounts envisaged by the Law on the 2009 State Budget
of the NKR.
