YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, NOYAN TAPAN. On January 27, RA President
Serzh Sargsyan signed decrees on relieving Garnik Isaghulian of the
post of RA President's Adviser and appointing him RA President's
Plenipotentiary in RA National Assembly. Noyan Tapan was informed
