OSCE monitoring held on the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian
armed forces south of Borsunlu village of Naftalan recorded no
incidents, according to the press service for the Defense Ministry
of Azerbaijan.
By the information, the monitoring was held on the basis of the
mandate of personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office,.
The Azerbaijani side was represented by field assistants of the
representative of the OSCE chairman Imre Palatinus and Vladimir
Chountulov.
The occupied lands of Azerbaijan were represented by field assistants
of the OSCE chairman Peter Kie and Irchi Aberle.
