NIKOL PASHINIAN VOLUNTARILY PRESENTING HIMSELF TO LAW ENFORCEMENT BODIES ARRESTED

YEREVAN, JULY 1, NOYAN TAPAN. Editor-in-chief of the Haykakan Zhamanak
daily Nikol Pashinian being searched for voluntarily presented himself
to the law enforcement bodies on July 1. He was arrested by the Police
Yerevan Kentron station and moved to the Yerevan-Kentron penitentiary
institution. According to the report of the RA Prosecutor General's
Office official website, N. Pashinian's presenting himself voluntarily
was registered in the established order.
According to Noyan Tapan's information, accusation will be brought to
N. Pashinian by part 1, Article 225, RA Criminal Code, organization
of mass disorders, part 1, Article 316, use of violence to a power
representative not dangerous for his life or health, and part 1,
225 prim Article, organization and holding of a public event with
violation of the established order.
