THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MOTHER SEE WILL IN ASTANA TAKE PART IN THE THIRD SUMMIT OF LEADERS OF WORLD AND TRADITIONAL RELIGIONS

ETCHMIADZIN, JULY 1, ARMENPRESS: Third summit of the leaders of
World and Traditional religions will take place July 1-2 in Astana,
capital of Kazakhstan in which representatives of different churches
and religious organizations will take part.
An official from the inter-church relations department of the Mother
See told Armenpress that during the summit "The role of religious
leaders in the establishment of peace based on tolerance, mutual
respect and cooperation", "Universal and spiritual values, world
ethics", "Dialogue and cooperation" and "Consensus during the crisis"
themes will be discussed.
The blessing note of the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II
directed towards the participants will also be presented.
In the mentioned summit the Mother See Holy Etchmiadzin will be
presented by the responsible of the Mother See for the inter-church
relations Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan, leader of the Gegharkunik
Diocese Archbishop Markos Hovhannisian and Tatul Hambardzumian.
