ArmInfo. Today Armenian parliament in the second and final reading
made alterations and amendments to the law 'On Customs service'
As deputy chairman of Armenian State Income Committee Armen Alaverdyan
said, this draft law resolves three key problems. In particular, the
point is about putting in order of the merit rating processes of the
employees of the customs service, their rotation and appeal. Thus,
it will be fixed that appealing of decisions of the commission will
be investigated during 30 days since the day of application. The
process of merit rating will be implemented by the commission that
consists of 6 members and one chairman of the commission. If a customs
service employee breaks the norms of ethics, he may be brought to
administrative responsibility.
