play key role in conflict settlement processes, Sergey Kapinos, Head
of OSCE Office in Yerevan, said today during "Kazakhstan's upcoming
chairmanship in OSCE: Opportunities and Prospects" seminar. Diplomat
finds that Kazakhstan's chairmanship may impart new impulse to Karabakh
peace talks.
