told a news conference in Yerevan. Armenian people, he finds, should
net agree to get into such "diplomatic mess" created by two countries
through the intermediary of superpowers.
"Opening of Armenian-Turkish border is a very vulgar notion. The issue
concerns lifting the blockade hence we shouldn't conduct talks over
border opening," he stressed.
