IN THIS ROUND THE PROBLEM IS IN RECOGNIZING THE KARS TREATY

Today with the participation of the leader of the "New times" party
Aram Karapetyan a conference was held in front of the entrance of the
"Erebuni plaza".
It turned out that in "Erebuni plaza" there is another event too held
simultaneously. Anyway, the conference took place.
"There is no problem, it's not a new thing for me. Unfortunately such
kind of things happen periodically every year", - said Aram Katapetyan
referring to the created situation.
The leader of the "New Times" party touched upon the ratification
process of the Armenian - Turkish protocols and reminded the speech
of Ahmed Davutoghlu the Foreign Minister of Turkey, which he read
yesterday in the parliament.
Aram Karapetyan mentioned that with his speech A. Davutoghlu "abolished
all the affirmations that there are no preconditions in the Armenian -
Turkish signed protocols".
"There are preconditions and those preconditions are three", - A.
Karapetyan noted and added that besides the recognition of Kars treaty
are the NKR and the Genopcide.
"Now the Kars treaty issue is very important and the Armenian
authorities are depressed to recognize the treaty", - stressed the
speaker and underlined that in case of recognition of the Kars treaty
Armenia has to forget about the territories of West Armenia.
