YEREVAN, OCTOBER 27, NOYAN TAPAN. Though 10 years have passed since
the terrorist act committed on October 27 1999 at the RA National
Assembly, "the pain has not been relieved, the wound has not been
healed over as the whole Armenian nation feels that those really
guilty have remained unpunished." Nor Zhamanakner (New Times) party

According to NZ, the developments proceeding in the Republic of Armenia
and around it currently make more clear and visible the whole logic
of very serious home political, regional and geopolitical motives of
the unprecedented slaughter aimed against the Armenian statehood 10
years ago.
