R. Hovannisian does not agree with Ter-Petrosyan butŠ
`First Armenian President's speech at ANM Board congress should have
been voiced several years ago. That responsible, accountable speech
should have been voiced before the elections and HAK formation,'
Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian told a press conference, when
speaking about Levon Ter-Petrosyan's statement made at the 16th ANM
Board congress.
Meanwhile he noted that there are many individuals with sound thinking
in HAK who will agree with him. `As a citizen and party member I did
not agree with him but it does not mean that cooperation with HAK is
impossible.'
