WORLD FAMOUS VIOLINIST SERGEY KHACHATRYAN GIVES CONCERT IN STEPANAKERT

STEPANAKERT, JULY 29, ARMENPRESS: July 27-28 with the support of the
NKR Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs and the National Assembly of
Armenia, world famous violinist Sergey Khachatryan was in Stepanakert
with a concert program. "I enjoyed the warm reception of the Artsakh
spectator, and Artsakh nature just astonished me, it seems there
is an inner tie between that marvelous nature and my inner world,"
the distinguished musician told Armenpress.
On the second day of the concert program, NKR Minister of Culture and
Youth Affairs handed to S. Khachatryan souvenirs and a medal dedicated
to the 770th anniversary of anointment of Gandzasar. Expressing deep
gratitude S. Khachatryan promised to periodically visit Artsakh with
concert programs. Speaker of NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan and
Primate of the Artsakh Religious Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic
Church, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan were present at the concerts.
"Tnjre" international classical music festival organized in Artsakh
for the first time by the NKR Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs
kicked off by S. Khachatryan's concert as well.
