Azerbaijani military doctrine to promote liberation of lands, MP

Elman Mammadov Military doctrine as a document which is an integral
part of the concept of national security of the state has filled the
blanks in this sphere.
Deputy of Milli Majlis (parliament), member of the Azerbaijani
community of Karabakh Elman Mammadov said the military doctrine is an
excellent document to ensure protection and security of the state,
liberation of its lands from occupation, confrontation with some
separatist formations acting against the state.
'Everyone has been looking forward this military doctrine for already
many years', said Elman Mammadov.
He said there are a number of reasons hindering the adoption of this document.
'This was related to some situations in the region of Azerbaijan.
There were such things that took time to be fixed in the military
doctrine', said he.
According to Mammadov, the military doctrine satisfies him as an
excellent document.
'I am sure that we based on the military doctrine and the document
preceding will free our lands from occupation', he said.
