AZERBAIJANI ANALYST: AZERBAIJANI AND ARMENIAN PRESIDENTS' POSSIBLE MEETING CAN BE PRODUCTIVE

The Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents' meeting, which may take place
in the informal CIS summit in Moscow dedicated to the 65th anniversary
of the victory over fascism, can become productive, chairman of the
Center for Political Innovation and Technologies Mubariz Ahmadoglu
    told Trend.

If the meeting is not held, it would mean Armenia's unwillingness to
resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict peacefully, Ahmadoglu said.

"Thus, Armenia will let down the OSCE Minsk Group, patronizing it
    for 20 years, he said.

Ahmadoglu believes the meeting in Moscow will not be a test for
Armenia, but for the co-chairs. "The co-chairs' position on the
security and stability in Azerbaijan and the Caucasus, as well as
their attitude to their mediation mission will become clearer after
    this meeting," Ahmadoglu said.

He said following the summit it would be possible to speak about
the position of Armenia and the OSCE Minsk Group, as well as the
possibility of alternative means to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict, that is, the possible stress of military-political situation
in the region and the beginning of hostilities.

"If war starts, all the responsibility will fell to Armenia, as well
as Russia, France and the U.S. acting as mediators in resolving the
    conflict," Ahmadoglu said.
