The people of Nagorno Karabakh Republic should be reengaged in talks,
member of the UK House of Lords, Baroness Caroline Cox said in Yerevan.
Praising the progress observed in Artsakh during the recent years,
she said: "It was Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh who made concessions
in the framework of the Minsk process and now continue demonstrating
the will to move forward in concord with the basic principles."
Baroness Cox also noted that despite Azerbaijan's announcing the
politicians visiting Nagorno Karabakh personae non grata, British
parliamentarians arrived in Artsakh to familiarize themselves with
the situation on the spot.
"Putting politicians visiting NKR on the 'blacklist', Azerbaijan
damages its international image," she emphasized.
