WHAT WILL PREVENT A WAR

Head of Nor Zhamanakner Party Aram Karapetyan said that when
international expert structure publish a report on Karabakh, we should
not necessarily think that they fulfill an order. Aram Karapetyan said
this dwelling on the ICG famous report, which noted that likelihood of
a sudden war in Karabakh increased.
Aram Karapetyan notes that the threat increased, since the longer the
issue is not settled, the more the threat will become. He noted that
there is a serious work of experts in the ICG report, the authors of
which announce that the Karabakh issue can be the best tool to provoke
a war in the region against Iran. He says the last target of world
forces of the events in the Arab world is Iran. Aram Karapetyan notes
that they can use the Karabakh issue to provoke instability, which
will then be used against Iran.
Aram Karapetyan believes a global war will be destructive for Armenia.
According to him, the approach of making concessions to prevent war is
wrong and dangerous. According to Karapetyan, Armenia can avoid a war
only if justice, democracy is established in the country. In this case
people will unite around their state and will be ready to fight for
it. And then, the world will see that speaking in a war language will
not work with Armenia.
According to him, otherwise, if the idea to yield Karabakh and
conclude this issue reigns, those forces will think they are on the
right path and will try to seize every concession possible from
Armenia.
