DO THEY SPEAK ARMENIAN?

According to the Armenian mass media, persons accused of high treason
and work for the Azerbaijani intelligence have been arrested.
It would be interesting to know whether the convicts speak Armenian,
well or badly. It is possible that they speak only Russian or
a dialect.
In general, were there people accused of high treason in the history
of independent Armenia who don't speak Armenian or speak badly?
