RUSSIA WILL PUSH ITS POSITION TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT BY US

Russia will push its position in the issue of deployment of a missile
defense system in Europe to be taken into account by US though no
agreement on this issue is taking shape between Russia and US.
Russian FM Sergei Lavrov has made such a statement. Lavrov, who is in
US to participate in the G8 summit, has informed they have presented
to their US colleagues the dangers threatening Russia in case the
project is implemented and hope they will be taken into account.
Lavrov has also said that State Secretary Hillary Clinton, whom he
met yesterday, will visit Russia at the end of June.
