REPUBLICAN PARTY OF ARMENIA CONSIDERS ANY DENIAL OF GENOCIDE DIRECT CONTINUATION OF THE CRIME

YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS: Republican Party of Armenia (RPA)
considers denial of any genocide a direct continuation of the crime,
Chairman of Republican Party of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan said at a
meeting with the electors of Shengavit, Armenpress reports.
"Every day we will fight against that crime committed against us
and humanity. At the threshold of 100th anniversary of the Armenian
Genocide we will double our efforts for international recognition
and condemnation," Serzh Sargsyan stressed.
He noted that the France's bill criminalizing the denial of
the Armenian Genocide encouraged many, and the decision of the
Constitutional Council of France was disappointing for some of us. "I
call everyone for presence of mind and patience, as defense of the
rights and profits of Armenians in international area is actually a
very complicated process," said Serzh Sargsyan adding that it will
take time and efforts.
RPA leader stressed that in contrast with some countries, Armenia
does not need lying or conducting a hostile propaganda. "The defense
of the historical and political truth is the important ingredient of
our foreign policy," stressed Serzh Sargsyan.
