Epidemiological state in Army is stable: Defense Ministry

Yerevan, August 17, ARMENPRESS: The epidemiological state in the Armed
Forces of the Republic of Armenia is stable. The Armenian Defense
Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated about this during the
briefing with the reporters on August 17 touching upon waterpox and
dysentery cases in a number of military units.
`No serious epidemiological cases have been registered in the Army
during 2012 due to the efficient operations. Even in the last military
exercises held in hot weather we were able to escape the
epidemiological cases, as works implemented in the last 3-4 years gave
their efficient results. Functions taken against epidemiological cases
and their prevention are in the focus of attention of Minister Seyran
Ohanyan', stated Hovhannisyan.
He assured that the index of this year in sense of the epidemiological
cases is not a bad result.
