YEREVAN. - Armenia's opposition Heritage Party's National Assembly
Faction MPs on Wednesday introduced to the NA the bill "On Making
Additions and a Change to the Electoral Code."
Heritage's draft law proposes the granting of the right to vote
during national elections also to those citizens of Armenia who are
eligible to vote and who are either outside of Armenia or live abroad,
the party's press service informs.
To note, opposition Heritage Party is a liberal party founded in 2002.
Its leader is Armenia's First Foreign Minister, Raffi Hovannisian.
