COOPERATION BETWEEN HARVARD UNIVERSITY AND ARTSAKH DISCUSSED AT NKR PRESIDENT'S OFFICE

On 28 November President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received
Harvard National Security Program director Sergey Konoplyev.
Issues related to the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict settlement and
regional processes were discussed at the meeting.
Special attention was paid to the development relations between
the Harvard University and Artsakh's scientific, educational and
analytic circles.
Bako Sahakyan noted that all necessary conditions exist for such
cooperation adding that it would be beneficial from all perspectives,
