YEREVAN. - The 2013 State Budget discussions at Armenia's National
Assembly were being held Tuesday in a half-empty Sessions' Hall and,
also, some of the MPs had not even opened up the three-volume draft
of the budget at their desks, to get familiar with it beforehand,
Zhamanak daily reports.
"So, the budget, as an 'immovable,' remained unopened at the desks
of the MPs. This refers specifically to the [ruling Republican Party]
RPA members whose ratio is greater.
Since the budged discussion ended yesterday [Tuesday], it is unknown
as to what will happen to those volumes [of the budget draft] whose
owners were uninterested in them," Zhamanak writes.
