Head of the Investigation Department hit the Prosecutor with his head?

Or the Prosecutor kicked him out of the office by implementing force
A criminal case was initiated in the RA SIS on the occasion of the
dispute that arose between the Head of the Investigation Department of
the RA Police Masis division G. Simonyan and the Prosecutor of the
Prosecutor's Office of Ararat region S. Nazarpur in the office of the
latter and in the light of performing professional duties by the
latter. `Pastinfo.am' was informed about it from the RA Prosecutor
General's Office.
The investigation will reveal which of the above-mentioned hypothesis
is true. Let us note that according to the information spread by the
Prosecutor's Office the Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of
Ararat region S. Nazarpur presented a written report and explanations,
that in the light of the written testimonies presented by him, the
Head of the Investigation Department of the RA Police Masis division
G. Simonyan entered his office, disputed, hit him with his head
causing a body injury.
During the preparation of materials in the RA SIS and based on the
report, G. Simonyan gave an explanation, that he went to the
Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of the region S. Nazarpur's
office in order to clarify the testimonies given to the investigator,
where a fight started and the prosecutor kicked him out of the office
by means of implementing force.
Taking into account, that the crime's features provided by Article 316
Section 1 of the RA Criminal Code were present in the prepared
materials (i.e. implementation of force towards the government
representative not dangerous for health or life connected with the
performance of professional duties) a criminal case was initiated in
the RA SIS on 12.12.2012, the preliminary investigation is on.
