The Pre-parliament that has been recently set up in Armenia by a
group of public activists, held a session on 16 December in Gyumri.
During the session they touched on the problems linked with formation
of the state system able to resolve national and strategic issues,
to make radical reforms in financial and economic, social as well as
legal spheres of Armenia.
After the session, a press-conference was held, during which members
of the Pre-parliament blamed the authorities and opposition for
helplessness and inability to resist modern challenges. They also
called on the community to boycott forthcoming presidential election,
the result of which is clear in advance, as they said. They think
it is necessary to form a new political field and electoral system
which will make it possible to create such a management system that
will have the national image and content.
To recall, Pre-parliament NGO was set up on November 2012.
