Super powers try to keep balance between victim and aggressor

Situation on Armenian - Azerbaijani border is extremely tensed.
Azerbaijan has a great experience of getting what it wants by using
other forces, member of the Congress of Armenian Refugees from
Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan Susanna Melikyan said.
According to her even the visits of the US State Secretary do not halt
Azerbaijan. `It is painful and wrong the super states try to balance
the victim and the aggressor,' said Susanna Melikyan stressing that
the events that take place on the border are within the interests of
the super states.
S. Melikyan expressed her and the congress' complaints about the
treatment and disposition of the international institutions, `I think
that the international community presses the Armenian side with its
statements and doesn't give right solution.'
