Throughout the day, Hetq has been receiving reports about disappearing
ink stamps on passports. The stamps are intended to show that the
passport holder has already cast his/her ballot.
The latest such report is from Vladimir Karapetyan, an Armenian
National Congress candidate from Election District 2.
Karapetyan says that the problem is cropping up throughout the entire district.
`I wouldn't be surprised if this was intentional so that people can
show up again and cast another ballot. The ink is supplied directly by
the Central Election Commission. Wouldn't they have known that the ink
disappears afterwards?' Karapetyan told Hetq.
