Vartan Oskanian likely to be charged on Monday

Prosperous Armenia Party member Vartan Oskanian is likely to be charged on
Monday, Sona Truzyan, a spokesperson for Armenian Prosecutor General, told
Panorama.am. She added that Oskanian is due for questioning on Monday,
October 8.
On October 2, the Armenian National Assembly by the vote of 64 to 6
approved the petition by Armenian Prosecutor General to strip Vartan
Oskanian of immunity.
Aghvan Hopsepyan gave assurances that Vartan Oskanian will not be arrested,
the investigation will be transparent, and the results of the investigation
will be available to public.
