Azerbaijan doesn't agree with some proposals made by Russian
Federation on prolongation of tenancy of Gabala radiolocation station,
military source told APA.

of the station and transformation of it into a military base. In this
case, the station will lose its status as analytic information centre.

military bases belonging to any other countries in its territory. At
the same time, it contradicts interests of the state.
"Azerbaijan wants to keep the current status of Gabala radiolocation
station, as well as to prolong its tenancy by bringing the payment in
correspondence with the present time", the statement includes.
According to the military source, the information on that, other
countries will refuse to use the station if Russia rejects the
prolongation of RLS tenancy is falls. "Russia doesn't seem to reject
this station soon. Russians are reinstalling some objects and setting
new systems. Gabala RLS stays at the centre of Russian Antiballistic
Missile Defense System and it is one of the main elements".
Experts and high-level delegations of the sides are expected to
discuss the issues on prolongation of tenancy of Gabala RLS.
To recall, Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan said in an
interview with the Russian "Kommersant" that Armenia is ready to
discuss with Moscow an issue of building of a new radiolocation
