HAK NOT TO ATTEND SARGSYAN'S INAUGURATION

The parliamentary group of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) will
not attend the National Assembly's special sitting on April 9 during
which Serzh Sargsyan will be sworn in as Armenia's President for a
second term.
The faction took the decision at its April 5 meeting, Secretary of
the HAK faction Aram Manukyan told A1+.
According to our sources, HAK MPs are not going to attend the April
9 rally to be held by the Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian at
Freedom Square for the "inauguration of a new Armenia."
