EDWARD NALBANDIAN: LACK OF PROGRESS IN KARABAKH SETTLEMENT IS NOT DUE TO POLICY OF NKR, ARMENIA OR CO-CHAIRS

The lack of progress in the Karabakh settlement is not due to the
policy of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Armenia or the Co-Chairs
of the OSCE Minsk Group, acting Armenian Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandian told a news conference on Thursday, when commenting on
the current stage of the Karabakh settlement process.
Mr Nalbandian praised the efforts of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk
Group towards the conflict settlement, noting that the Armenian side
is always positive about their proposals on organizing new meetings.
"It is highly probable that the next meeting will take place during
the coming weeks," Nalbandian added.
