ARMENPRESS AND GEORGIAN GHN OUTLINED WIDER HORIZONS OF COOPERATION WITH NEW MEMORANDUM

YEREVAN, APRIL 17, ARMENPRESS: Memorandum on Mutual Understanding
has been signed between Armenpress and Georgian GHN on April
17, establishing new guidelines for 2013-2014 cooperation. As
reports Armenpress, sides agreed to cooperate in media forums, in
implementation of joint social projects and organizations of photo
exhibitions in Armenia and Georgia.
Director of GHN news agency Gocha Mirtskhulava assured that
the memorandum would promote the deepening and strengthening of
historical, cultural and spiritual ties between the two nations. "This
memorandum will give an opportunity to develop Armenian-Georgian
press cooperation," Mirtskhulava said.
Director of Armenpress Aram Ananyan considers the memorandum to be
a new start for efficient bilateral cooperation. "I am sure that
memorandum will give its results in nearest future, promoting the
extension of Armenian-Georgian friendly ties and cooperation,"
Ananyan said.
News agencies will take steps for the experience exchange
of journalist, editors and photographers, for the development of
bilateral cultural, trade and economic cooperation. There will be a
special coverage for the Armenian-Georgian joint enterprises.
On the 1st of June 2005 News Agency GHN reported its first

of Georgia and Black sea countries and became one of the leaders of
this market.
