BLACK BOOK: PROMINENT FOREIGNERS REFLECT ON ARMENIAN GENOCIDE

    April 23, 2013 | 11:28

YEREVAN. - The presentation of the Russian-language edition of the
book, entitled Black Book: Prominent Foreigners on Turkish Crimes and
Armenian Genocide, was held at Armenian State Pedagogical University
(ASPU), the latter informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

"In this book, the greatest foreign notables speak frankly and with
serious assessments about the greatest tragedy of our nation. I am
confident that the book's publications in other languages will again
enable the international community to reflect on and to analyze the
Genocide," ASPU Rector Ruben Mirzakhanyan specifically said addressing
    the event.

"Modern-day Turkey is guided by Genocide denial and a xenophobic
policy. They continue to bear the ideology of the Ottoman Empire and
reject the values of the modern world," Deputy FM Shavarsh Kocharyan
stated, in his turn, and assured that they will do everything possible
to have this book printed in other languages, too.

Albert Isoyan, the author of the book, noted that his work will be
published also in Arabic, Spanish, and several other languages.

To note, the patron of Black Book: Prominent Foreigners on Turkish
Crimes and Armenian Genocide is Armenia's Premier, Armenian State
Pedagogical University Council member, Tigran Sargsyan.
