Zhamanak: Nerses Nazaryan Collected Shadow Taxes

Citing its sources, Zhamanak daily reports that former Yerevan police
chief Nerses Nazaryan used his official position to collect monthly
shadow taxes from bars, restaurants, casinos and night hotels in
Kentron administrative district of Yerevan, closing his eyes on the
lawlessness taking place there.
"The authorities now try to "make an inventory" to find out how far the
"tax terror" of former Yerevan police chief went and how much shadow
taxes he used to collect in one month," the paper says.
