Police banned the leader of "Prosperous Armenia" party Gagik Tsarukyan
to go down that road, which was originally planned for officials.
Although the incident ended with conversation between Tsarukian and
Chief of Police, but, of course, the development of the backstage of
the incident is assumed.
Centre of exaggerates conversation, as such, has become so-called
denial of stereotypes of the idea of the oligarchy. However, what
really happened, whether we can all this a political assessment?
Before turning to this question, we should note a few important points
that are directly related to the incident: first, it is a meeting
between Serzh Sargsyan and Gagik Tsarukyan before reassignment of the
Prime Minister, then, the upcoming May 5 elections of Yerevan Council
of Elders.
In fact, Tsarukyan as a deputy of the National Assembly and the leader
of PAP parliamentary faction, rarely attended meetings of the National
Assembly, on the other hand, being a member of the National Security
Council, he also failed to fulfill his direct responsibilities, which
include meeting President at the airport, participation in the
inauguration of the President. It turns out that Tsarukyan wanted to
pass on the way for officials, but it turned out that he was not
allowed.
A question arises: is it really a punishment that the authorities
wanted to use against non-complying duties of Gagik Tsarukyan? Of
course not! However, on the other hand, this gives another
explanation, beginning to overcome the oligarchy in Armenia. But
talking about it is ridiculous when you consider the fact that
numerous deputies and representatives of the oligarchy have passed
this way.
In this story there is another confrontation: Tsarukyan- Vladimir
Gasparyan. Everyone knows that for a has long Tsarukyan, except the
resignation of Prime Minister, actively demanded Serzh Sargsyan the
resignation of Chief of Police. In this case, Serzh Sargsyan certainly
could compromise if there would not be April 9 and the role of
Vladimir Gasparyan in the events of that day, that Serzh Sargsyan just
could not appreciate.
In reality, however, once again they prove that Serzh Sargsyan's and
Gagik Tsarukyan's river no longer flows through one channel, it is an
undeniable reality.
