Orange launched Sony Xperia Z in Armenia

YEREVAN, April 26, /ARKA/. Orange Armenia, a subsidiary of France
Telecom, has launched today Sony Xperia Z - the flagship smartphone by
    Sony. The Xperia Z features a 5' Full HD display, a quad-core
processor, and a 13 megapixel fast-capture camera. Offering the `best
of Sony in a smartphone', the device uses advanced technology from
Sony's entire range of multimedia products.

Sony Xperia Z's display, powered by Mobile BRAVIA, brings Sony's
long-standing TV expertise to the smartphone and delivers an immersive
viewing experience with super brightness and clarity.
One unique feature of the smartphone is that it has water resistance,
such that photographs and videos could be taken in water at a distance
of one meter below water level. The phone could be in water and still
respond to incoming calls. Sony Xperia Z comes with an Android OS, and
supports up to 42Mbps download speed.

Arsen Hovhannisyan, Orange Armenia Sales Director, said: `We are
bringing the best of the world innovation to our clients, offering the
largest possible choice: Sony Xperia Z, an amazing smartphone, comes
to complete our range of smartphones for users with high requirements.
We are happy to be the first operator in Armenia to offer it in our
    shops'.

The retail price of the smartphone in Orange shops is 370,000 AMD.
Orange offers special tariff plans along with Sony Xperia Z: bundled
with any of Dolphin, Panther or Butterfly monthly subscriptions with
12 or 24 months commitment, the smartphone can be purchased starting
at 205,000 AMD. In addition to this, customers of Panther tariff plans
will get monthly up to 1GB free mobile internet during the first year
    of subscription. ($1 - 411.33 drams). -0-
