VILLAGE GOVERNOR OF GEORGIA'S REGION PETROS VARDANYAN ARRESTED

Georgia's law enforcers arrested Tsghaltiba village governor of
Akhaltshkha region Petros Vardanyan. According to akhaltskha.net,
he is accused of taking bribe.
Acting head of the region Besik Bliadze said he was informed about
the arrest on April 26 when a finance police official contacted him.
Bliadze said he knows arrested Vardanyan for a month and half after he
has been appointed head of the region. He said Vardanyan implemented
his work and duty quite good.
