The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has launched an
investigation into the recent gun-attack on the Armenian-Turkish
border.
A representative of the agency confirmed the report to Tert.am,
saying that they do not have more details at the moment.
"A probe is now underway; the details will be made public after the
investigation is over," the source told our correspondent.
CNNTurk reported earlier today that the Turkish shepherd, Mustafa
Ulker, was gunned down by Armenian bodyguards after illegally crossing
the border. The governor of the Turkish province of Kars described
the attack in later comments as an excessive use of force against an
unarmed person.
