PAID PARKING LOTS ARE YET ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE MONEY

TellCell payment system announced the start of collection of parking
lot fees in Yerevan on July 10. 'Hraparak' newspaper reminds its
readers that Yerevan Municipality launched that innovation, allegedly
to introduce a more civilized form of payment.
"Parking City Service Company, selected through a tender, provides
parking lots' organization services. Mihran Poghosian, the head of
the Service for Mandatory Enforcement of Judicial Acts, is said to
be behind the company," the paper writes.
